• Live rocket launch updates and countdowns
• Mission details (provider, rocket type, launch pad, etc.)
• Curated space news
• Real-time updates from reliable sources like SpaceX, NASA, and others
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to:
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share misleading, harmful, or abusive content
• Use bots or automated systems to access or manipulate the Service
Content and Intellectual Property
• All Spacegon branding, content, and features are owned by Spacegon or our content providers.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without our permission.
• Third-party news or mission data remains the property of their respective owners and is used for informational purposes only.

Spacegon may display content or links from external sites (e.g., news sources, mission providers). We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk.
Disclaimers
Spacegon is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of mission data or news
• That the app will be error-free, secure, or always available
• That all launch dates or live feeds will be uninterrupted or successful (space is unpredictable!)
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spacegon is not liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Losses resulting from reliance on mission data or news
• Disruptions or unavailability of the Service
Modifications to the Service
We may update or change the app and its features at any time without notice. We are constantly improving the Service and may add or remove functionality.
